Rosé Cocktail
A Perfect Bubbly Cocktail
It’s time to break out that champagne! This Valentine’s Day, mix up a couple of these fresh and bubbly cocktails for you and your honey. We found the recipe on a 100 Layer Cake and Crate & Barrel collaboration… so rest assured, this one is super delicious and highly Instagrammable.
Ingredients
1.5 oz rosé
.5 oz
fresh grapefruit juice
.5 oz sugar syrup
1 egg white
3 oz good champagne
ice
Directions
1. Pour the rosé, grapefruit juice, sugar syrup, and egg white into a shaker full of ice.
2. Shake it for a good 15-20 seconds.
3. Use the strainer on the cocktail shaker to pour it into a champagne glass. Top with 3 oz champagne.
4. Enjoy!
